Frequently Asked Questions
The answers to what most people ask before booking.
How do estimates work?
Every job starts with a free on-site estimate. We come out, look at your items, and give you a flat price. There is no obligation to book. If the price does not work for you, you can always call back later.
What is your service area?
We serve Hancock County and the surrounding counties including Wood, Wyandot, Putnam, Hardin, Seneca, and Allen. Jobs outside Hancock County include a $50 travel fee.
Do I have to move anything outside?
No. Our two-person team handles all the lifting and loading from wherever the items are in your home or business. You point, we haul.
What about same-day service?
Same-day service is available depending on our schedule. There is a $50 same-day service fee when we come out the same day you call. Otherwise, we typically book one to two days out.
What can you not take?
We cannot take hazardous materials. That includes wet paint, oil, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical waste. Just about everything else we can handle.
How do you handle hoarding situations?
With care, patience, and complete discretion. See our hoarding cleanouts page for more on how we approach these jobs.

Yes. We are fully insured for residential and commercial work. We can provide a certificate of insurance for property managers and contractors who request one.
Do you recycle or donate?
Yes. We donate to local thrift stores, recycle metals and electronics, and only landfill what truly has to go. Read more on our recycling and donation page.
